Operating environment
Underground tunnel chambers with rough rock walls, confined space, dusty and humid conditions, and a high volume of material handling during construction.
Requirement and pain point
During the tunnel excavation phase, there is a need for continuous improvement in spoil removal, support materials, and small tools; consequently, the equipment must offer high capacity, stable operation, and reliable braking, while the entire machine must be installed and commissioned in a damp, dusty underground environment.

Supporting equipment
Dual-coil winding-type mining hoist winch, equipped with variable-frequency electrical control, a hydraulic braking system, and a complete set of safety protection devices.
Services
Survey of the underground installation site; layout planning for foundations and fixed supports; guidance for equipment transportation and positioning; electrical wiring and commissioning; safety training for operators; and after-sales spare parts support.
Project benefits
The dual-coil structure ensures smoother operation and balanced load distribution on both sides; on-site installation and commissioning were completed successfully on the first attempt, ensuring continuous operation of both tunnel excavation/extraction and material hoisting.
