Recently, Hebi Xingguang Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has achieved a major breakthrough in the field of mine hoist technology. Its next-generation intelligent hoisting system, which integrates variable-frequency speed control and constant-deceleration hydraulic technology, has significantly enhanced the safety and efficiency of deep-well operations.
Technical Core: Four-Quadrant Variable-Frequency Electrical Control System
The JK-2.5×2.3P-type mine hoist recently launched by Xingguang Mining employs a fully digital variable-frequency speed-control solution, replacing the traditional rotor series-resistance speed control. The system features energy recovery functionality: when the load is lowered, 30%–40% of the electrical energy can be returned to the power grid, reducing overall energy consumption by 18%. The accompanying constant-deceleration hydraulic unit (model E143A) supports two-stage braking, shortening the safety response time to under 0.3 seconds and effectively preventing over-lifting and overspeed accidents.

Performance Parameters and Capacity Enhancement
Market Applications and Certification Qualifications
Xingguang Mining Elevators has obtained MA and KA national safety standard certifications, as well as ISO 9001 quality management system certification. Its products are sold nationwide and exported to markets in Vietnam, Cambodia, and other countries, with a domestic market share of approximately 70%–80%. In 2024, the company’s net fixed assets reached RMB 90 million, and its annual output value exceeded RMB 22 million.
Economic Benefits and Industry Impact
Following the frequency conversion retrofit, equipment maintenance requirements have decreased by 50%, resulting in annual electricity cost savings of approximately 1.5 million yuan. The payback period is just 1.7 years, and the net present value exceeds 8 million yuan within five years. Wang Fei, general manager of the company, stated: “The intelligent upgrade not only reduces energy consumption but also provides reliable equipment support for the extraction of deep-seated resources.”
Looking ahead, Xingguang Mine plans to further develop 2,000-meter-class deep-well hoisting technology and promote the development of mining equipment toward higher reliability and lower energy consumption.
