2JTP Mining Hoisting Winch

Product features: dual-roll collaborative design, professional rope-tensioning mechanism, comprehensive safety protection, high-efficiency braking system, and a robust, durable structure.

    Overview

    The 2JTP mining winch is a double-pulley lifting device specifically designed for mining applications. It is primarily used in inclined galleries or small vertical shafts in coal mines, metal mines, and non-metallic mines, and is suitable for lifting coal, ore, and gangue, as well as for transporting personnel and materials and equipment. Structural components: main shaft assembly, disc brake, reducer, coupling, motor, hydraulic station, depth indicator, working braking mechanism, and electrical control system.

    Core structural composition:

    • Main spindle assembly: comprising the main spindle, fixed drum, movable drum, brake disc, rope-adjustment clutch, hub, bearing housing, bearing, and plastic liner
    • Reduction gearboxes: hard-face reduction gearboxes and soft-face reduction gearboxes
    • Motor: Three-phase asynchronous variable-frequency motor
    • Braking system: includes disc brakes and a hydraulic unit
    • Depth indicator: arch-type
    • Couplings: bevel gear couplings and elastic pin couplings
    • Operating braking mechanism: electric hydraulic brake
    • Electrical control system: includes power frequency converter cabinet, braking cabinet, and control console

    Core Structure and Design Features

    Main spindle assembly

    It employs a split-beam drum configuration (facilitating transport and installation); the housing is made of high-strength low-alloy steel Q345A, and the surface features helical rope grooves formed by pressing to reduce wear on the steel wire rope;

    Both ends of the spindle are equipped with adjustable double-row roller bearings, enabling full rolling transmission and achieving an overall efficiency of ≥90%.

    Brake system

    Rear disc brakes with butterfly springs provide braking force; the hydraulic unit is driven with a response time of <0.3 seconds, supporting secondary braking and electro-hydraulic proportional adjustment;

    Equipped with a manual gear-type rope-adjustment clutch, it supports rapid engagement and precise rope adjustment.

    Transmission and control

    Planetary gear reducers or split-center drive reducers provide smooth transmission and low noise levels;

    An optional PLC + variable-frequency speed control system is available, delivering energy savings of over 30%, supporting low-speed heavy-load startup, and reducing the impact on the power grid.

    Application Scenarios and Limitations

    Applicable scenarios
    Underground explosion-proof zones in coal mines (JTPB type); material transport in inclined shafts; and personnel hoisting in small vertical shafts;
    Restrictions
    Non-explosion-proof models are prohibited from being used in flammable or explosive environments; Diagonal-axis loading permits three layers of winding, with the number of personnel limited to two layers; vertical shaft loading is limited to two layers, with the number of personnel limited to one layer.

    Principle and Content

    Power transmission process
    Start the main motor → transmit power to the high-speed shaft of the reducer via an elastic coupling → reduce speed through a two-stage gear reduction → transmit power from the reducer’s driven shaft to the main shaft assembly via a gear coupling → drive the two drums to rotate synchronously
    Double-hook lifting mechanism
    Two drum reels are each wound with a steel wire rope, which connects the two lifting containers (such as a cage or mining car). When the motor rotates in the forward direction, one drum winds the steel wire rope to raise one container, while the other drum releases the steel wire rope to lower the other container, thereby enabling alternating lifting of the two hooks. By reversing the motor’s direction, the container’s direction of movement is correspondingly reversed, thereby achieving periodic reciprocating motion.
    Principle of rope adjustment operation
    When it is necessary to adjust the relative position of the two containers, first brake and secure the drum. Separate the movable drum from the main shaft using a hydraulic or mechanical rope-adjustment device. Adjust the length of the wire rope by rotating the movable drum independently. After completing the rope adjustment, re-lock it to restore synchronized operation.
    Safety braking mechanism
    Normal operation: the hydraulic station supplies pressure, and the disc brake releases its brake. Normal braking: the hydraulic unit releases pressure, and the brake clamps the brake disc. Emergency: Safety protection device activated; immediately apply braking to prevent an accident.
